All rooms are accessible to people with reduced mobility. Please report to the reception of the Cité Internationale Universitaire.

Cloakroom

The opening hours for the cloakroom are:

Congress Language

English is the official language of the Congress.

Exhibition space

The attendees are invited to visit the exhibition located in Salon Honnorat & Galerie and meet the partners.

Coffee breaks

All coffee breaks will be served in Salon Honnorat & Galerie.

IAWMH booth

Gala Dinner IAWMH

All attendees are invited to register for the Gala Dinner of IAWMH 2019 Congress (€110 per person). Share an unforgettable evening on the Seine River and discover Paris at night from the Melody Blues boat. Dinner cruise from 8:30 pm to 11:00. Registration online or at the registration and information desk.

General Assembly IAWMH

The General Assembly of the IAWMH is scheduled on Friday March 8 in the Grand Amphithéâtre (level 1).

All registered participants are kindly invited to attend the General Assembly.

Internet Access

La Cité Internationale Universitaire offers a free Wi-Fi service for all visitors. Select the colloques network and enter the password: adenauer.

Lost & Found

Any items found in any of the congress rooms and spaces should be brought to the information & registration desk.

Lunch

Lunch is on your own and not included in your registration fee. Inside the Maison Internationale you have several options:

  • the university restaurant , a self-service seated restaurant (level 0). Opening hours: 11:00 am – 2:00 pm. We suggest this time slot: before 12.00 am or after 1.00 pm to avoid line up. Price : 8 € (you need to pay cash in euros, they do not accept visa cards).
  • The cafeteria, a small coffee shop within the university restaurant (level 0) where you can buy sandwiches and soft drinks. Opening hours: 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (you need to pay cash in euros, they do not accept visa cards).
  • “Le Café du Théâtre” (level 0): homemade dish cooked with organic products. Variety of vegetarian dishes every day. Opening hours: 12:00 pm – 2:30 pm. You can pay cash in euros or with your visa card.

Meditation & relaxation workshops on Friday March 8th:

  • 3 sessions of meditation (morning)
  • 3 sessions of relaxation (afternoon)

will be organized during the congress on Friday March 8th between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm (one session per hour) in room Satsuma (level 3 of the Maison Internationale).

Registration is free but mandatory (maximum 15 participants per session). Please register at the information and registration desk.

Name Badge

Your personal name badge is your entrance ticket into all congress sessions and contains your tickets to any additional social functions you have purchased. Please ensure you wear your name badge at all times throughout the congress. If you misplace your badge you will NOT gain access into the Congress.

A fee of 30€ will be charged for the printing of a new badge in case of loss.

Poster Presentations

Poster boards are located in Salon Honnorat & Galerie. Pins for fixing posters to boards will be available on the board itself, additional pins can be sourced at the registration desk also. It is the presenters own responsibility to attach and remove their posters from the boards at the start and end of each day. The organizers do not take responsibility for posters that are not removed on time, please note that posters not removed from the venue will be disposed of at the end of the congress.

The presenters are kindly requested to be available in the poster area during the poster session the day of their poster hanging for questions and answers. They are welcome to bring hand-outs and distribute them.
